Log a quick POC observation — a gap or a possible change you noticed during the build — without writing a full proposal.

Invoke the insight skill with $ARGUMENTS as the observation. It appends a one-line row to the POC Insights log (worktree-isolated, separate from docs/proposals/) and opens a tiny PR. The insight is triaged at the next every-2-3-days review and only then promoted to a proposal / ADR / Open Question / ClickUp task if agreed.

For a fully-worked idea use /propose; for a generic team rule use /share-rule; for a decision that needs a human answer use the Open Questions register.
