Each spec follows the standard template:

| Status | Draft → In Review → Approved → Shipped → Deprecated |
| Owner | The PM or lead responsible for this spec |
| Version | Matches the product version this ships in |
| Epic | Link to Jira epic |

AI-generated specs
Specs generated or drafted with Claude/Cursor should include the ai-assisted: true frontmatter flag and be reviewed by a human before moving to Approved.
